Usui Reiki Courses & Training 

I am a qualified trainer with varies qualifications in this field. All my courses are certified. I offer a variety of courses to educate and empower you on your journey. As a Reiki Master I offer Attunement for level 1 and 2 Usui Reiki. 

Usui Reiki Level 1

Reiki Treatment

Usui Reiki Level 1 is a course that teaches you how to use Reiki for self-healing and to help others: 

  • What you learn - Trainees learn about the history of Reiki, how chakras affect health, and how to practice Reiki. They also learn about energy healing, grounding and protection, and how to cleanse their aura. 

  • What you experience - Trainees will receive a Reiki attunement, which is an energy transmission that allows them to channel Reiki healing energy. 

  • After Attunement - Once you have been attuned, you will be required to complete 21 days self care reiki on yourself. Once you have completed this, you will receive your certificate. You have to do your reiki everyday, if you miss a day, you start again at day 1 so please make sure you can commit to this practise.  

  • What you need to do next - After completing Level 1, trainees will typically keep a self-healing journal for at least three months before moving on to Level 2. During this time you are not qualified to ne a reiki practitioner but can practise reiki on friends and family. 

Usui Reiki Level 2 - Becoming a practitioner

​To qualify for a Usui Reiki Level 2 course, trainees must already have a Reiki 1 certificate and at least three months of experience. I offer 1:1 course and occasional run day courses.  

Here are some things to expect from a Usui Reiki Level 2 course: 

  • Attunement: Trainees will receive an attunement that awakens three symbols to empower their healing 

  • Hands-on techniques: Trainees will practice Reiki with other students under the supervision

  • Chakra balancing: Trainees will learn techniques to balance or clear chakras 

  • Guided meditation: Trainees will participate in a guided meditation to deepen their practice 

  • Distance healing: Trainees will learn how to send Reiki at a distance 

  • Case studies: Trainees will complete case studies to increase their Reiki energy and confidence
