Wellbeing Workshop - Inner Growth - Burnside Centre December

On the Day: Starting with a Cacao ceremony Opening your heart space up for reflection and inner growth, self-discovery and healing whilst honouring this ancient traditional plant. Following on to a journaling workshop which will give you chance to reflect on your feeling, emotions and inner journey with guided journaling prompts and open discussions. Then moving into a mindfulness workshop session where we will discuss mindfulness and learn how to bring this into everyday life, ending with a mindfulness meditation ready to relax even further. Ending the workshop with a sound healing session, where I will play crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and immerse you in healing tranquil sounds whilst infusing you with Reiki energy. The sound bath and Reiki will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to continue on your inner growth journey.
